Fresh Seafood Steam Boat
Ingredient of this steam boat are directly from the sea, and were not put on ice.
This makes the seafood ingredient taste sweet.
I had this delicious steam boat in my friend house at Bagan Datuk fishing village.
Processing Jelly Fish (Malaysia - Perak - Bagan Datuk)
(1) Worker separate jelly fish body and leg.
(2) Soda & Salt added to vat.
(3) Stored in the vat for a few days,
One layer jelly fish, one layer salt.
When ready exported to China & Japan.
